Digital Transformation: Success v Failure

I have heard the term “digital transformation” a lot, and I too have thrown that term around expecting everyone (including myself) to fully understand what it truly means.

The author of the following article does a great job of exploring the concepts of why digital transformations may not succeed and what digital transformations need to succeed. It’s we the people who are needed to help transformations to succeed… Simply put, it’s us! This isn’t anything new, or different or clearly obvious however sometimes the obvious needs to be clearly stated to bring us back to where we need to focus.
