She says the idea of instructions should still be at the core of it, regardless of exciting new technological advances.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s continually evolving but the core heart of it\u2026I think an \u2018instructional designer\u2019 talks about the designing of instructions so that people can do things.\u201d She says, \u201cThe technology can\u2019t guide.
